When you book a strategy call or contact us, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, current occupation, and what you hope to achieve with eCommerce.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare for your strategy call
- To provide coaching services if you join a program
- To contact you about your booking
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information to anyone
- We do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for
- We do not share your details except with the tools needed to run the business (for example, our scheduling provider when you book a call)
Scheduling and email
Call bookings are handled by our scheduling provider (such as Calendly or Cal.com), which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will sort it out.
